- Join True Food Kitchen this season with comfort classics AND a brand-new brunch program everyone will love!
- True Food Kitchen’s new innovative brunch features a brunch tower full of sweet and savory goodies, clever cocktails, and breakfast favorites.
- We’re also shaking things up in the bar area with a brand-new cocktail program, introducing a new line of True Food Signature Cocktails such as an Old Fashioned that smokes, a True Story that looks as incredible as it tastes, and a take on a Bloody Mary that dazzles the eyes (hint: it’s clear…).
- The core menu is full of exciting seasonal favorites, such as Brussels Sprouts and the return of our Squash Pie.
- In addition, the menu also features new twists on classic favorites like Not Your Momma’s Meatloaf, and a brand-new line of fresh-juice infused spritzers!

- Brunch Tasting Tower (pictured, serves two): quiche bites, yogurt parfait, lemon blueberry ricotta muffins, apple crumble coffee cake, smoked salmon toast and avocado toast.
- Huevos Rancheros: Vital Farms pasture-raised scrambled eggs, queso, anasazi bean, charred scallion salsa verde, and cilantro.
- The Breakfast Sandwich: Vital Farms pasture-raised scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, smoked gouda, avocado, organic tomato, served with herb-roasted fingerling potato.
- Hawaiian Fried Rice: quinoa brown rice, uncured ham, pineapple, pickled red onion, Vital Farms pasture-raised fried egg.
- And some incredible brunch cocktails such as a Clear Mary, Berry Cerealtini, Cinnamon Toastini and a Cold Brew Martini – and, of course, mimosas!

- Smoke Show Old Fashioned: high west double rye, honey syrup, bitters, topped with hickory smoke for a rich flavor experience. (Yes, this drink literally smokes!)
- Cowboy Jam: high west double rye, Concord Grape reduction, and grapefruit.
- Ciao Bella: Woodford reserve, vin santo, and amaro ramazzotti.
- True Story: gray whale gin, chareau aloe, cucumber, snap pea, pineapple, and lemon.
- Clear Mary: Tito’s vodka, jack rudy tonic, tomato water, and Aleppo.

- Bruschetta Trio: avocado, pickled onion, smoked salmon / roasted beet, blue cheese, herb hummus, chili garlic crunch / lemon almond ricotta, blueberry jam, basil, and pistachio.
- Wild Caught Tuna Lettuce Wraps: bibb lettuce, tataki rice, pomegranate relish, and chili garlic crunch.
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts: roasted mushroom, marinated pepper, soy ginger glaze, and lime.
- Not Your Mama’s Meatloaf: Verde Farms grass-fed organic beef, herb-roasted fingerling potato, honey roasted carrot, mushroom jus, and micro-greens.
